We study the dynamics of the magnetic flux tubes in the thick accretion disks around black holes. It is shown that due to strong pressure gradient force inside the disk, buoyant flux tubes predominantly gather in the openings near to the axis, known as funnels, from where the cosmic radio jets are believed to be originated. We discuss various observational signatures of such behaviour of the flux tubes, such as microvariabilities in Blazars, particle acceleration, and jet formation close to the funnel.
