A 1 mm spectral line survey of Orion-KL has been carried out in the frequency range 276.0--300.0 GHz. The spectra were measured with a single-sideband receiver using the NRAO 12 m antenna, and typical sensitivities achieved were T(*}_{R) { ~ }0.25--0.40 K, peak-to-peak. A total of 270 spectral lines have been detected in this frequency range. At present, 210 lines have been identified, while 60 lines remain unidentified. About 16 of the unidentified features are relatively strong, with T(*}_{R) >0.50 K. A total of 29 different known species were identified in this spectral region, with the largest number of features due to methyl formate, sulfur dioxide, methanol, and methyl cyanide. A preliminary examination of this survey indicates that this spectral range contains a wealth of lines, and may yield several new species.
