The evolution of the Type Ia SN 2003 hv is followed for a period of over 700 days past maximum light. From its early evolution, this is a normal SN Ia with a rare B-band decline rate of 1.61+/-0.03. The late-time decline rates in the optical bands are consistent with previous results, but a slow-down is observed after ~520 days. The near-infrared luminosity shows a drop for the first time but no signs of an Infrared Catastrophe are evident. The decline rate of the quasi-bolometric light curve suggests that the majority of positrons are trapped within the ejecta. During late epochs, the [Fe II] λ8621 line is blue-shifted and exhibits a flat-topped profile. Such a behavior is consistent with previously published near- and mid-infrared spectra.
