The workshop had four main topics: X-ray and EUV coronal spectroscopy; mass loss and winds from cool stars; cool stars in clusters and associations; and recent advances in solar physics. Discussion sessions were held on near IR spectroscopy, very low mass stars, star formation and early stellar evolution, and active binaries. The Proceedings will be published at a later date. This report includes as an attachment the contribution to the Proceedings by A.K. Dupree: 'EUVE Spectroscopy of Active Binaries' and 'The EUV Transition Lines of Capella.'
