We present EROs (F814W - F160W > 2) detected within the NICMOS parallel field observations of COSMOS, which cover roughly 200 square arcminutes down to a magnitude of H=25 (AB). We present number counts, comparing them to previous observations, and discuss the implications for red galaxy evolution. More extreme objects (F814W - F160W > 3) are also discussed. We also present an analysis of their morphology, including the observed percentage of disk galaxies.
