We have determined [Fe/H] for 23 F and G dwarf members of the Pleiades from high resolution data obtained with the Hamilton spectrograph. The spectra were analyzed with the Spectroscopy Made Easy (SME) package of Valenti & Piskunov. We also observed 10 F-G field stars spanning a range of metallicity in order to compare our results to the solar neighborhood [Fe/H] compilation of Valenti & Fischer.
