I will review our current understanding of interstellar dust, with
special attention paid to the constraints on its composition, extinction
and infrared emission properties placed by the most recent interstellar
abundance determination of Przybilla et al. (2008, ApJ, 688, L103) based
on early B stars which closely agree with the latest solar abundance.
