The possible emission fluxes from matter spherically accreting onto a massive object (Schwarzschild black hole) are discussed. Assuming that the observed high-energy gamma-rays from point sources have hadronic origin, the expected neutrino flux from the quasar 3C 273 and from the galactic center is evaluated. The accretion process onto a massive object is found to produce neutrinos in the low-energy region (15 MeV).
