Due to an error at the proof stage, several corrections were not made to figure legends in the final manuscript. These are as follows:
1. In the legend to Figure 2 and in the first sentence of § 4, ``left'' and ``right'' should read ``top'' and ``bottom'', respectively.
2. In Figure 3, the legend for panel b should read:(b) Histogram of horizontal velocity in the region with a radial distance of 7"-20" from the sunspot center (unipolar region). The horizontal velocities are calculated by the local correlation tracking technique that is applied for line-of-sight magnetograms, and then averaged over the period for taking each SP map (about 32 minutes).
3. Figure 5 legend should have an additional sentence at the end:The negative (positive) dF/dt indicates the decrease (increase) of magnetic flux for both polarities. The direction of the arrows for Fv shows whether magnetic flux is transported radially inward or outward.
4. Figure 6 legend should specify ``Total magnetic flux in units of 1019 Mx.'' Panel a is left, and panel b is right.
5. Figure 7 legend should specify ``the flux transport rate in units of 1016 Mx s-1.'' Panel a is left, and panel b is right.
The Press sincerely regrets these errors.
