New, accurate photoelectric times of minimum light have been obtained for the detached southern-hemisphere eclipsing binaries QX Car, ζ Phe and NO Pup, previously analyzed within this series. The apsidal motion rates have been derived and the corresponding internal structure constants are discussed in light of the available theoretical models for the stellar interior. The apsidal motion periods have been found to be 361, 42 and 37 years for QX Car, ζ Phe and NO Pup, respectively. The corresponding internal structure constants, log k(2), are -2.08, -2.21 and -2.32 if homogeneous rotational velocity of the component stars is assumed. For ζ Phe and NO Pup, these values are found to be in reasonably good agreement with theoretical models by Hejlesen (1982) and Jeffery (1984). For the more massive system, QX Car, the models by Jeffery yield good agreement, whereas the observed log k(2) value is slightly lower than the theoretical value for the models by Hejlesen.
