We demonstrate how current and future data on ultra-high energy cosmic rays and neutrinos can be used to probe new interactions at energies not or hardly accessible in accelerator experiments of the near future. As a specific example we discuss the possibility that neutrinos attain new interactions in the TeV range in particle physics models involving extra dimensions. .
