The 0.00336-sr field centered on alpha = 12 h 04 m, delta = +11 deg 30 arcmin is mapped with the VLA at 1411 MHz as part of a program to detect complete samples of active extragalactic objects. The complete sample of 163 sources is presented, and to verify the completeness and reliability of the source list, it is used to determine source counts between 5 and 150 mJy. The angular size distribution of sources with flux densities between 30 and 150 mJy is also presented. The median map noise is 0.6 mJy, and the synthesized point-source response is an elliptical Gaussian 22 x 18 arcsec between half-intensity points.
