1.9 to 4.1-μm spectra of the compact infrared sources IRS 3, 4, and 19 are presented. IRS 3 lacks a strong ice absorption to accompany its enhanced silicate absorption. IRS 4 shows a 3.3-μm emmision feature thought to arise from interfaces begween molecular and ionized gas. IRS 19 shows an extremely deep 3.1-μm absorption superposed on the steam band that originates in a stellar atmosphere.
