The log N-log S curve for cosmic gamma ray bursts detected by the Franco-Soviet SIGNE experiments is presented. Problems arising in the comparison of different experiments, including the physical significance of the source strength, the definition of the sensitivity of an experiment, and the normalization of the value of S to a constant energy range, are discussed. After correction for threshold and selection effects, it is shown that the log N-log S curves from different experiments agree. The results obtained by the SIGNE experiments are shown.
