The interior and exterior problems of two fluid bodies are discussed for the case of two bodies consisting of a homogeneous incompressible perfect fluid, the particles of which interact in accordance with Newton's law. The Navier-Stokes equations are adopted for the interior problem and simplified to facilitate their solution. The case where the interior vortex field is uniform is examined, a sufficient condition for uniformity of the vortex field is obtained, and it is suggested that each of the two bodies should have 12 degrees of freedom under uniform deformation. The simplified equations for the interior problem are transformed into a system of first-order nonlinear ordinary differential equations with the convective derivatives set equal to zero.
