VERITAS has now accrued over several hundred hours X-ray binaries systems in the galaxy. Observations of targets such as these in the VHE (>100 GeV) gamma-ray band stand to offer crucial information about local particle acceleration processes in the galaxy. In particular, VERITAS has devoted a significant amount of time to observations of LS I +61 303 and HESS J0632+057. LS I +61 303 is an X-ray binary system known for its spectacular outbursts in the radio, X-ray, and gamma-ray regimes. HESS J0632+057 has been shown to be a variable source in both the TeV and X-ray regimes and although a definitive association has yet to be made with the site of emission, a likely candidate is that of an X-ray binary. Here we review the last 3 years of observations of both of these targets, presenting results from VERITAS as well as results from multiwavelength campaigns with the Swift X-ray and Fermi gamma-ray satellites.
