OTA-FGS DIAGNOSTICS The Astrometry Science Team and HDOS need to assess the FGS transfer function as a function of secondary mirror position. This test is intended to be executed as often as possible, each time at a different secondary mirror position. Transfer scans will be observed at the center of each FGS, using both the full aperture F583W and the 2/3 PUPIL. Results from this test should greatly accelerate the location of the best secondary mirror position which optimizes S-curve modulation.
