This proposal will be used to understand the OTA during Boostrap Phase B. It consists of a series of FOC exposures with an interference filter, F501N, which will give the PSF as a function of position in the chip, and will be used to derive the aberrations of the OTA (FOC image quality is known to be much better than the present OTA alignments). These measurements will complement the WFPC images and the existing LOS scan data and the OCS measurements. This proposal MUST be executed prior to the 1st execution of proposal 2982.
