This test uses the WFC to perform an astrometric stability check as a
part of the astrometric calibration procedure. WFC to FGS stability is
measured as well as intra-CCD and rough inter-CCD astrometric
stabilities. These measurements are to be performed once each week for
16 weeks during SV.
