We have found a large (250 x 100 pc) radio-emitting cocoon around a microquasar in NGC7793, as well as an Hα nebula of similar size. Two bright radio lobes are located at the extremities of the elongated cocoon, along the jet direction. Just outside the radio lobes, we found two soft X-ray hot spots, which we interpret as thermal emission from the bow shocks propagating into the ISM. The X-ray core is detected as a hard power-law source. The radio spectral index gets steeper across the nebula, from about 0 near the core to about -1 at the lobes. We estimate a jet power 1E40 erg/s. The system is a long-sought analog of SS433/W50, only 3 times bigger. It may help us understand the modes of energy transfer to the ISM from an accreting BH.
