A plausible model of variations of an electrical charge of an artificial satellite is considered. Under these assumptions, the first-order secular perturbations of the eccentricity and the inclination due to the Lorentz force vanish. Naturally, perturbations of the semimajor axis remain zero. In these computations the main part of the earth's magnetic field with all multipoles participates. The first-order secular changes of the longitude of the ascending node under the previous assumptions are given.
