Observations of two galaxies at low Galactic latitude discovered by
Weinberger et al. (1976) show that they are the brightest members of a
nearby cluster. The redshift of the cluster is 4200 + or - 100 km/sec.
Visual and near-infrared photometry of the two galaxies indicates that
the visual extinction in this direction is 1.4 + or - 0.1 mag.
