Accurate positions and radio structures have been obtained for 101 sources taken from the 5-GHz survey of Davis (1971). The accuracy of the positions is of the order of one arcsec. Optical identifications have been made on the basis of positional coincidence only. About half the sources are identified with objects visible on Palomar Sky Survey prints. An analysis of the relation between spectral index and optical identification is also given.
