The Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer has observed the nearest radio galaxy, Cen A, 13 times from 1996 August to 2009 February over the 3 to 200 keV band. Spectral analysis of PCA and HEXTE data reveals a stable power law index, factor of 2 variations in line-of-sight absorption, relatively constant iron line flux, factor of 3 variations in luminosity, and no high energy cutoff. Power spectra derived from the RXTE/ASM, RXTE/PCA, and XMM show a flattening at low frequencies that implies a break at 10-6 HZ. Predictions based upon radio quiet Seyferts would have placed the break 30 times lower in frequency. These and other results based upon yearly, monthly, daily and shorter observations will be discussed.
