The energy spectrum of primary cosmic rays extends beyond the GZK cutoff energy by AGASA observation, while there seems to be the cutoff in HiResI observation. The differences between these measurements are discussed. Recent observational results on arrival direction distribution and composition of these ultrahigh-energy cosmic rays (UHECR) are presented.
