The spatial and spectral resolution of the LETG/ACIS-S combination allows for separately studying the high resolution spectra of the bright X-ray regions in NGC1068. The prototypical Seyfert 2 galaxy has a line rich X-ray spectrum both in its core and a bright extended region about 2.7" NE of the core. The spectra of the two bright regions are different. The implications will be discussed.
