New intermediate-band Stroemgren and narrow-band H_beta photometry (a total of six filters) of the unique binary RY Sct is reported. The results are interpreted using the light-curve synthesis method based on the model of the binary that we suggested in our earlier paper. The binary is assumed to consist of a B0-type star that fills its Roche lobe and transfers mass to a hotter secondary surrounded by a geometrically thick and opaque spheroidal accretion disk. Based on the spectroscopically determined component mass ratio, q = M_2/M_1 = 3.3, the following binary parameters are inferred: orbital inclination i = (85 +/- 2) deg; the equatorial radius of the accretion disk, a = 0.6 Rorb (the disk is strongly flattened with the axial ratio of b/a = 0.2); the equatorial ( 19000 K) and the polar ( 43000 K) temperatures of the accretion disk. Our results agree well with those of Antokhina and Cherepashchuk (1988) and corroborate the conclusion that RY Sct is now at the stage of the transition into a WR + OB system.
