We calculate multicomponent radiatively driven stellar wind models
suitable for A stars. We discuss the possible decoupling of individual
elements from the stellar wind and its influence on the chemical
peculiarity of these stars. We obtain a range of stellar parameters for
different types of multicomponent flow.
