Swift/BAT reports continued detection of the Be/neutron star HMXB SAX J2103.5+4545 which was reported to be in outburst (Galis et al, ATel #1063). The source first became detectable in the 15-50 keV band on April 23, 2007 (MJD 54213), when it was seen at 0.021 +/- 0.004 counts/sec/cm^2 (100 mCrab) in several pointings. It continued to brighten slowly, reaching 150 +/- 16 mCrab in daily averages on April 28 and 29 with peaks as high as 194 +/ 33 mCrab.
