New photoelectric UBVR observations were obtained for the eclipsing variable EY Ori which cover previously unobserved phases of the secondary minimum. We provide a refined ephemeris of the primary minimum and discuss the possible apsidal motion in the system. We solve all of the light curves, including our previous ones, by Lavrov's direct method and determine the photometric orbital elements. We adduce arguments that EY Ori belongs to the star-forming region in Orion. The expected absolute parameters of the components and the system's orbital elements are given. We discuss the nature of the components and the difficulties in interpreting our results.
