The kinematics of open cluster populations in the Galactic disk are analyzed with allowance for the effect of the spiral density wave on the Kamm function. Estimates are presented for the Galactocentric distance of the Sun (R_0 = 8.2 +/- 0.3 kpc) and the Oort constant (A_0 = 14.8 +/- 0.9 km s^-1 kpc^-1 for a model with circular motion and A_0 = 16.5 +/- 1.0 km s^-1 kpc^-1 for a model incorporating density-wave effects).
