The systematic motion of NGC 6939 is redetermined in light of the
significant discrepancies among the published values. Based on the
monitoring of 26 evolved stars during two consecutive seasons and an
average of almost 12 spectra per star, we find the cluster's mean radial
velocity to be -18.98 km/s with an error of +/- 0.19 km/s.
