A contact system almost certainly cannot exist in a state of static equilibrium undergoing periodic thermal relaxation oscillation (TRO). In this paper the TRO evidence is found by the calculation of 22 contact systems: A-sub and W-sub types are in expanding and contracting TRO states at the velocities of 25.04 and 3.10 m/yr, respectively. It is pointed out that the W-phenomenon is phase-dependent and corresponding to the contracting TRO phase. The corrected period-color diagram implies that the two kind systems have the same physical structure.
