In order to further our understanding of the structure of the broademission-line regions of AGNs, we have analyzed the Seyfert galaxies3C-120, Mrk 79, and Mrk 704 using relative and absolute photometricmethods. This will hopefully lead to an ability to usereverberation mapping to estimate the geometry and mass of the centralregions of these objects. We also provide an overview of thecurrent model of an AGN and a brief description of the technique ofreverberation mapping.
