Published observations of several OB X-ray binary systems have yielded mean light curves and colors accurate to 0.01 mag or better. These are examined using models computed for circular and noncircular orbits by a computer code developed by Hill. X-ray and spectroscopic evidence is reviewed, and it is concluded that 4U 1700-37 and Cyg X-1 data are fitted by noncircular orbits. No support is found for noncircularity in the orbit of 4U 0900-40. Other systems are also discussed.
