We present the latest results from our program of photometric studies of the nuclei of Jupiter Family Comets (JFCs). We use 2-4m class telescopes to study these nuclei when they are inactive at large heliocentric distance. In particular, we present new VRI colour measurements and discuss the relation between the surface colours of nuclei and those of Kuiper Belt Objects (KBOs). New rotational light-curves will also be presented, together with an interpretation of the implications these have for the internal structure of nuclei, also in the context of comparison with KBOs. Finally, we present an updated size distribution for JFC nuclei.
