We present the results of a 15-night campaign of rotationally resolved UBVRI photometry of the radar detected near-Earth asteroid 2007 DT103 obtained at the JPL Table Mountain Observatory. This object passed within 10 lunar distances on July 29 2007 UT and remained well placed for physical characterization at Table Mountain through mid-September. The exceptional apparition of this object allows for rotationally resolved colors, secular lightcurve evolution, and solar phase behavior to be studied in detail, with the goal of enabling a more complete interpretation of potential radar derived shape/pole models. Our first night of BVRI photometry was obtained July 30 UT (r =1.04 AU, delta = 0.024 AU, alpha = 93.5°). Preliminary reduction of this night (the only data obtained by the abstract submission deadline) yielded a complex lightcurve not well matched by an ellipsoidal model in principle axis rotation. The relative colors of 2007 DT103 were measured as B-R = 0.218±0.025 mag, V-R = 0.453±0.012 mag, R-I = 0.317±0.025 mag. These colors are most compatible with S-type asteroids. Assuming a solar phase parameter G = 0.15 and albedo of 0.25, we derived an Absolute Magnitude H = 19.98±0.02 and estimate an effective diameter of 200 meters.
