We are currently developing SIRIUS, an infrared camera which can image a large field in three near-IR bands simultaneously. The purpose of SIRIUS is to survey large areas deeply with a relatively high resolution. The ``SIRIUS surveys'' will cover the entire regions of both LMC and SMC, the Galactic center and plane in large scales, and various southern molecular clouds and star-forming regions. Construction of SIRIUS will be completed by 1999 winter. After test observations in Japan and abroad, the observations in South Africa will start around 2000 summer.
