We present the result of long-term monitoring (April 1994 ~ October 1998) of Herbig Ae/Be stars, TY CrA and HD 176386. X-ray flux is almost constant through five years and the plasma temperature of 1-2keV is higher than that of massive main-sequence stars and typical value of Herbig Ae/Be stars ever detected with ASCA. A flare like event with a heating process is detected in Apr 1996. We can not identify which is the flare source, but these features imply that X-rays are originated in some magnetic activity. We investigate X-rays variability during eclipsing phases of TY CrA, but find no evidence about variation because of bad quality. The possibility of X-rays from the low-mass companion is not neglected. On the other hand, we find the significant abundance variation for TY CrA between two different quiescent phases. The injection of metals in hot plasma or some influence on hidden second component can be considered.
