Measuring gamma-ray polarization of the prompt emission from GRBs provides a key piece of the puzzle in understanding the nature of these events. RHESSI, while not designed as a polarimeter, can be used to measure polarization for astrophysical sources such as GRBs. In this paper we will discuss using RHESSI as a γ-ray polarimeter, including a discussion of the systematic uncertainties and assumptions involved in such a measurement. We also present our results for the polarized GRB021206, as well as our technique applied to GRB030329 and the solar flare of 2003 July 23.
