Thirty spectrograms of the F-type star Boss 6148 were secured with the
single prism spectrograph and measured on the micrometer engine. Of
these twenty-three showed both component spectra. The period is 12.155
days, the eccentricity 0.278 and the masses are practically equal, the
value for m sin^2 i for either component being 1.7 solar masses.
