Entropy generation accompanying evaporation of primordial black holes is considered. Bounds are obtained on the number of black holes with mass M less than 10 to the 13th g. It is shown that the initial cold matter, when transformed halfway into black holes with M of about 10 to the 4th g, acquires the presently observable entropy after the black-hole evaporation.
