Computations of close encounters among 9511 numbered asteroids during 20 400 days and among multiopposition asteroids during several 400 days are used to derive collisional characteristics in several regions of the Solar System. Both, intrinsic collision probability Pi and collisional frequency f, are quite large in comparison to previous studies. Pi increases not only with decreasing semimajor axis a, except of the Trojan region. It increases with increasing absolute magnitude H, as well. The largest value of Pi is in the region of terrestrial planets, the smallest in the Hilda region. Pi-H relation is connected with the wavy structure of the cumulative distribution of asteroids. This effect is prominent especially in the inner part of the main belt, where mass index s start to grow rapidly for H > 12 asteroids even for the first 9511 numbered asteroids.
