A new type of OH emission source was detected from the Orion-Population star V1057 Cygni. The position of the OH emitting region was determined interferometrically to coincide within 1 sec with the star position. Narrow emission lines from the J = 1 - 0 rotational transitions of (C-12)(O-16) and (C-13)(O-16) were observed in the region of V1057 Cyg and its reflection nebula. Emission-line stars of the Orion Population were searched for OH and H2O emission. No H2O emission was detected, and only four OH sources were detected, though none had OH-emission intensities comparable to the V1057 Cyg OH source. Narrow emission lines from the J = 1 - 0 (C-12)(O-16) and (C-13)(O-16) rotational transitions were observed in the vicinities of FU Orionis and its cometary nebula, and the young cluster NGC 7129. Evolved stars with circumstellar dust shells were surveyed for (C-12)(O-16) and or H(C-12)(N-14) emission. Finally, (C-12)(O-16) emission was detected from the peculiar infrared objects CRL 2688 and CRL 618.
