Spectral observations of a list of isolated triple galaxies (Karachentseva et al., 1979) were made from 1977 to 1980 using the 6 m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory. The radial velocities, linear dimensions, and absolute magnitudes of 157 galaxies in 54 triplets are given. Spectral features of the individual objects are also discussed: galaxy IC 751 is classified as a type 2 Seyfert; galaxy UGC 07064, on the other hand, exhibits weak Seyfert features. Based on a determination of radial velocities, the ratios between the spurious triplets, 2 + 1 and assumed physical triple systems are 0.05, 0.31, and 0.64, respectively.
