The results of photoelectric observations of about 500 stars in and between the Magellanic Clouds are given. The observations were made in the Walraven VBLUW-system. Within the limits of the study, no cloud members are found to be associated with the neutral hydrogen between the clouds. Seventy-five stars, previously reported to be cloud members by others, were found independently. A large number of new members of the wing system of the SMC are identified. The great eastward extension of the wing system is clearly illustrated by the results
