Optical photometry of the 2S 0921-630 optical counterpart reveals deep recurrent eclipses. Observations presently available are consistent with either a 19.99 h period or a period longer than 4 d. The exit from eclipse takes place with no U-B color change but there is a D.2 mag change in B-V. The data are consistent with a binary model where a low-mass late-type companion periodically occults part of an accretion disk surrounding the X-ray source.
