Onboard instrumentation and some of the results for the measurement of X-ray sources are described. The X-ray instruments consist of an X-ray spectrometer set to observe Si-lines, two proportional counters for 1 to 20 keV and 0.3 to 8 keV, respectively, and a collecting mirror 0.2 to 0.3 keV. Results are described covering known X-ray sources and possible soft X-ray sources.
