An investigation of the orbital evolution of near-Earth object 2004CK39, moving on a comet-like orbit, shows that it is a quadruple crosser of the Earth's orbit. If this object were an active comet in the past, but now is extinct, then it might form a meteoroid stream that should produce four observable meteor showers on the Earth, active in February and October. We have identified all four of these showers, which proves that 2004CK39 is a dormant or dead comet nucleus.
