Absolute proper motions of 10,346 stars from the Goloseevo catalogs are employed to determine solar motion and galactic rotation parameters. The Oort-Lindblad and Ogorodnikov-Milne models were used. The values of the Oort constants obtained are Q of 0.0012 +/- 0.0006 arcsec, and P of +0.0042 +/- 0.0007 arcsec. The axis ratio of the velocity ellipsoid and the vertex deviation are calculated.
